Production Team OUTEREEF Production team is focused to bring your project to life with some of the most exiting ocean sports footage to date. We are located in the center of the action on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. But we can travel anywhere in the world when needed. Our team consists of:
Dan Moore - Dan is one of the most experienced ocean extreme sports athletes in the world today. Dan extensive knowledge of wave and wind conditions, along with his enthusiasm, an eye for the insane, and personal contacts with the best big wave and wind riders in the world, make him the leader of this team. Dan is also the new host for Hawaiin Xtreme Spots TV on the Cox and Time-Warner networks; The Water Channel. This show will be broadcast into an estimated 35 million homes starting in the summer of 2006. Dan's big wave surfing performances and interviews have appeared in dozens of surf movies including the 2000 IMAX movie "Extreme" and the 2001 PBS documentary "Condition Black". Email Dan
 Eric Ippel- Eric is a master of action sports film and photography. A graduate of the famous Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. Eric is well schooled in several photography and film disciplines and is a technical and engenering perfectionist. Eric even uses his skills to create his own camera water housing and fixed camera mounts. Eric has also worked and tutored under the wings of such respected and award winning water cinematographers as Dan Merkel, Mike Prickett, Ron Condon, and Larry Haines. Eric was also nominated by Surfer magazines Surfer Poll Awards for best cinematography in 2004 for his work in the movie "Islands in the stream". His work can be found in dozens of surf movies and magazines around the world. Email Eric
 Jon Collins - AKA- "Johnny Click" is the work horse of the team. One of the first students to attend Sana Barbara City College's School of Media Arts (SOMA), Jon is a "Jack of all traits" and assists Dan and Eric where he is needed, whether it's on the beach filming 2nd unit camera or on the computer logging and editing film clips, Johnny helps gets the job done.
